Ingredients 150g of tempeh (I used @clubcultured ) 1 cup plain flour 1 cup plant milk 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Salt Frying oil For the sauce: 1 tbsp gochujang 1 tbsp hot sauce 1 tbsp maple syrup Method: 1. Tear apart tempeh into little nugget shapes. 2. Mix together the wet batter ingredients in a bowl. Coat the tempeh pieces in the wet batter and then the panko breadcrumbs. 3.
