It’s really become a comfort food for me and brings back amazing memories w/ family and friends. So, I wanted to try my own take on Spam Musubi Katsu using @trybachans’ amazing Hot & Spicy Japanese BBQ Sauce and it turned out SO good!

Do you have any appetizer requests? Tell me about your event and I’ll create something for you! Ingredients: * 12 wonton wrappers. * 8-10 oz bluefin tuna. * 4 scallions (green part only). * 1.5 tbsp creme fraiche. * 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce. * 1 lemon (zest). * 1/2-1 tsp black truffe oil. * Salt and pepper to taste. * Caviar to taste. Directions: 1. Make a small x in the middle of the wonton wrappers so they don’t puff up. 2. Spray a muffin tin with oil, press in the wonton wrappers and spray more oil on top. 3.
