I turned this changing table into a bench. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. After cutting the top off with just a hand saw I sanded it down a little and then used a can of spray paint on it. I then put stuffing and fabric over the original padding that came with the changing table. I just used packing tape to hold down the fabric on the bottom and it worked.
