Super cheap way to decorate your classroom! I made a border for my bulletin boards using found or upcycled paper (books being recycled or old newspaper works great!). Recycle an old magazine, book, or dictionary to create an interesting bulletin border for your classroom. 1. Fold paper accordion-style. (Use different page sizes to vary the size of the circle). 2. Pinch the middle of the page. 3. Fold page over and glue. 4. Once you have 3 "triangles" folded, glue the three together.
