Add oil, icing sugar and salt to pistachios. Continue to blend in food processor until all ingredients clump together and become a smooth paste. Fill macarons immediately with pure pistachio paste and / or roll pistachio paste into 40g balls. Store 40g portions in refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze in an airtight container for 1-2 months.
