It should be easy to buy overripe plantains (for less) at the market and make this delicious snack for sale. Abi what do you think? In recent times, I have seen banana being used for this snack and palm oil is replaced with vegetable oil. I’m guessing this was devised to sustain the business (to ensure that dodo Ikire is available even when plantain is out of season). The specie of banana used it often times available throughout the year and it’s cheaper. Well, I have 3 pieces of this dodo left.
