Treat yourself with this crunchy yellow moong dal koshimbir, so refreshing and too yumm!!

Wash and soak moong dal for 4-5 hours.
In a bowl add soaked moong dal, carrot, cucumber, tomato, raw mango, onion (optional), green chili, grated coconut, coriander leaves.
Make a tadka with oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves and hing.
Add this to bowl along with salt, lemon juice.
Mix it well with hands and you are good to go..
