Cut each Napa cabbage into quarters. 2. Mix 2 cups of salt with 2 cups of water and soak the cabbage. 3. Sprinkle salt on the thick parts of the cabbage. 4. Let it soak for 3-4 hours until the cabbage is flexible without breaking. 5. Rinse the cabbage in water to remove excess salt. 6. If it‘s too salty, soak it in water for an additional hour. 7. Ingredients:
1 Whole Napa Cabbage (cabbage doesn’t have to be organic, it’s naturally low in pesticides)

Separate leaves, chop in shreds (see reel)

🍃Add chopped cabbage to 1/3tsp mineral sea salt water and immerse for 10-min. 

Drain by squeezing water out with hands, well. Move to a dry bowl.

Spices: 

👉Use Organic to avoid harsh pesticides on peppers and excessive preservatives

2 tsps. dried organic chili pepper, shredded
1 tsp. minced organic garlic 
2 organic green onion stems, chopped 
1 tsp organic chili powder 
2-3 tsps coconut aminos (replace toxic soy and excessive sodium) 
2 tbsp organic black vinegar
