- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (like flank steak) - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 cup marinara sauce - Olive oil, for cooking - Toothpicks or kitchen twine Preparation: - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); prepare a baking dish. - In a bowl, mix spinach, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. - Lay beef slices flat, place a spoonful of the filling on each, and roll tightly; secure with toothpicks or twine. - Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown the rolls on all sides, then place in the baking dish and cover with marinara sauce. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
