31 Easy & Fun Summer Activities For Kids They'll Love
1 cup flour, 1/2 cup salt, 1 tablespoon cooking oil 2 teaspoons cream of tartar, 1 cup water, 1 package Jell-O (3 1/2 oz). Combine all ingredients in a pot. Cook on stovetop on medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture is thick like mashed potatoes. Allow it to cool, then knead with a sprinkling of flour until it is dry to the touch. Store in an airtight container when not in use.
