Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. 2. Cover baking pan with parchment, drizzle olive oil on top. 3. Combine parmesan with salt, pepper, and turmeric. 4. Crispy Parmesan Crusted Cauliflower
Instructions • Preheat oven to 210C • Break or cut cauliflower into small pieces, making sure one side has a smooth edge that will sit flat on a baking tray. • Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder and salt. • Press the flat edge of the cauliflower pieces into grated Parmesan, making sure there is a decent layer of cheese. • Place cheese side down onto a lined baking sheet, and bake for 30-40 mins or until the cheese is golden and crisp. • Leave to rest for 5-10 mins once out of the oven to allow the cheese to fully adhere to the cauliflower and prevent it from sliding straight off.
