When I first stumbled upon Camilla, I was transfixed. Her creations leapt off the screen, right into my psyche where they have lived ever since. In her recently released book, Jam Bake, Inspired Recipes for Creating and Baking with Preserves, she's married her skills as a master preserver (yes, that's a thing!) and as a pastry chef, to create the book we never knew we needed.
