One of my favorite spaces in this amazing home! Wood look tile was used above simple wainscoting in the stairwell. This area features a bookcase with ladder and metal hand rail. A built in window seat offer the perfect spot to curl up with a good book.

If you think the sink was forgotten....look again! This vanity doesn't need one. The water flows onto granite that was installed slightly tilted to the back and into a hidden trough drain underneath. So cool!
