Packed with flavour- these cashews make for a great snack to serve to guests as well☺️   Here’s what you’ll need to make these at home♥️  Curry leaves - 1/4th cup  • Cashews - 1 cup  • Salt - to taste  • Pepper - to taste  • Chaat Masala - 1/8th teaspoon   • Chilly Pwd - 1/8th teaspoon   • Citric Acid - Pinch   Ghee - 1.5 tablespoons  Process :   • * Wash & pat dry the curry leaves thoroughly  • * In a saucepan, heat some ghee & add in the curry leaves, fry them until crispy & take it off the pan (fry in 2 batches to prevent overcrowding the pan)   • * Strain the excess ghee off the curry leaves using a sieve & place them on an absorbent paper- you can also choose to sun dry these for 2-3 days   • * Let them cool completely & crush them, keep asi
