what if this time, you dont use a shortcut? a diet? a two week challenge? what if this time its not about weight loss or getting skinny fast? what if this time i workout to reward myself, to feel light, to feel good about myself, to give myself energy for the rest of the day, what if the workout isnt torture? what if its stress relieving? what if its fun? what if this isnt something i do for a week? what if this is a lifestyle change?
