Ingredients: 2 2/3 tbsp Ginger, ground; 480 ml Dairy-free milk; 1 Dairy-free milk; 1/2 tbsp Strap molasses, black; 1 tsp Baking powder; 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda; 300 g Caster sugar; 1 1/3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground; 1 Cocoa powder; 500 g Icing sugar; 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground; 420 g Self raising flour; 1 tsp Spice, mixed; 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar; 120 ml Sunflower oil; 1 Ginger biscuits (for crumbling inside the cake layers and on top of the cake); 4 heaped tbsp Biscoff spread / cookie butter; 530 g Butter i used flora block butter, dairy-free
