We like ours with cilantro lime rice topped with grilled Mexicali seasoned steak, caramelized onions and peppers, guacamole, pico de Gallo, charred corn, lettuce and cheese, drizzled with a homemade cilantro ranch.NOTE: Prep listed is for the steak.
