Chocolate Cupcake Recipe 5-6 cupcakes •110ml (1/2cup) Milk ( of your choice, avoid soy milk) •1/4tsp White Vinegar •70g (1/3cup) Granulated Sugar •27ml (2tbsp)Oil ( any neutral oil - sunflower/ vegetable/ canola) •1/2tsp Vanilla Extract •1/2tsp Baking Powder •1/2tsp of Baking Soda •65g (1/2cup) All Purpose Flour •15g (3tbsp) Cocoa Powder, sifted •pinch of Salt Method:- - In a bowl mix milk with vinegar.
