What you need: 3 hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup cacao powder 1/4 cup sweetener (or 1/3 if using allulose) 1/4 cup water 1 tsp good vanilla extract. How to make it: Blend everything till very smooth. Poor into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight. Optionally finish with some whipped creme, chocolate shavings and a few berries and a mint leaf.
