This time lower body, you’re going to feel your glutes 💪🏻 *Link in bio to find this set of bands on Amazon - I’m using the MEDIUM here, but choose the one you like. You want to keep your feet far enough apart that there is always some tension in the band, don’t let it get loose! Always holding the body stable and bracing the abs. Try 30 seconds of each with no breaks in between, and change legs where necessary ✌🏻#gluteworkout #miniba
