Flexibility for life means two things. 1: We should ALL be performing range of motion, flexibility, and mobility exercises all throughout our lifetime. 2: These flexibility and mobility exercises may just save your life one day or prolong your life. I've met people who fell at home and were unable to get themselves off the floor due to a lack of strength and flexibility allowing them to get onto their knees and stand up. Heart breaking.
