The Cutest Mini High Protein Pancake Bites. The perfect breakfast meal prep, super easy and perfect for on-the-go! Ingredients: • 1 cup of Pamscakes Pancake Mix or Kodiak cakes / any high protein pancake mix • 1/2 cup Fat-free plain Greek yogurt • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips, and some more for topping • ½ tsp vanilla • ½ tsp baking powder • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 2-4 tbsp water (only if batter is too thick) Directions: • Combine all ingredients and divide into mini muffin tins.  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes • Split up and bring with you for a yummy, on-the-go, high protein breakfast Makes 20 • 1 serving is 4 bites • Macros: 97 calories / 8.6 carb / 2.8 fat / 9.1 protein
