I like to call these two for one dinners because they'll feed us dinner tonight but we'll also have some breakfast burritos in the freezer for an easy breakfast later in the week. To make them you're just going to fire up your griddle to medium heat and add on a pound of bacon and let that get nice and crispy because nobody likes chewy bacon. Then you'll just let out a Midwest opas. You scoot that bacon over and then scooch that bacon grease to the other side and pour on a bag of the crispy crowns. Then once that bacon's as fried as your Aunt Susan on bingo night you're just going to pull it off and let it drain on some paper towels and flip over those crispy crowns they can earn their name. Then we're going to add on some eggs and I'm sure these wouldn't live up to Gordon Ramsay standards but this is how I do it. I just get my griddle turned down to the lowest heat possible and then whisk together twelve eggs with just a couple splashes of milk and then season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Then we'll just stir those around until they're nice and fluffy and then we'll pull off those crispy crowns and let them drain on paper towel. And to finish up the eggs we'll just add on a pile of shredded cheddar and our crushed up bacon from earlier and stir that all together to make our filling. Then to assemble the burritos you're just going to need eight burrito sized tortillas and you'll just lay down a pile of those crispy crowns, some of that filling and some jalapenos if you're feeling spicy. We're not exactly mourning people at my and most of the time breakfast for breakfast doesn't happen so.
