PAYMENT

Payment will be through PayPal with a 100% payment UPFRONT if commissioned work is under 100 USD.
If commissioned work is 100 USD and over, 80% payment UPFRONT is allowed with another payment of 20% when product is finished.Non-refundable unless I fail to meet the deadline of *2 months.Additional payment may apply depending on the complexity of the piece.Any "large" changes to the commissioned piece AFTER the sketch-stage will call for additional fees.

ARTIST"S RIGHTS- I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork, including all rights to distribution and reproduction.
- I reserve the rights to include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials.CLIENT USAGE- The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only, which includes displaying the artwork in their home or on personal social media accounts with proper credit to the artist.
- The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without my explicit written permission.COMMERCIAL USE- If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, a separate commercial use agreement must be negotiated, and additional fees will apply.CREDIT- When displaying the artwork online, the client agrees to credit me by username.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION- Once the commission is agreed upon and work has begun, refunds will not be issued unless I fail to meet the deadline of *2 months. Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.DELIVERY AND COMPLETION
- I will provide updates to the client throughout the creation process.
-Final delivery of the artwork will be sent once the final payment is received.
