I used Sirloin Tip steak and made this with bacon and extra crimini mushrooms instead of kidney. Also, I used almost 12 oz of Guinness and only half the broth. I baked it for only 30 mins and the pastry wasn't quite done. Still experimenting with baking time. Very yummy though!
