Materials:
4 salmon fillets

For the marinade:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 half lemon
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 pressed
Salt

To garnish: avocado, cucumber, spring onion and black cumin 

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
some lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Wash the salmon and dry it.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and spread evenly over the salmon.
