This is the jewelry store of George Fouquet, a turn of the century jeweler. The store was designed by Alphons Mucha, Paris' famed poster artist. This boutique once resided on Rue Royale, where Parisians of wealth and style flocked to acquire the latest baubles. Today the store has been rebuilt inside Musee Carnavalet and is part of the permanent collection.
