Magdalena Roze on Instagram: "CAMOMILE CAKE 🌼 A flower covered gluten and dairy free vanilla and raspberry sponge with honey buttercream that I’ve been thinking about making for some time! Happy to report it’s moist and delicious.

A note on the camomile flowers: be sure to use a variety that tastes mild as some can taste very strong and unpleasant!

Here’s the recipe based on my own “Garden Cake” and a great recipe by @nododonuts 😊

Ingredients:
180ml sunflower oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
250g coconut yoghurt
2 free range eggs, lightly beaten
Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
360g self- raising gluten free flour ( I like the @nododonuts blend)
150g caster sugar
2-3 Tbs honey
1 punnet berries (any, fresh or frozen)

Honey buttercream:
100g unsalted cows butter or plant butter, 200g icing s Honey Cake Gluten Free, Gluten Free Lemon Drizzle Cake Recipe, Garden Cakes, Free Range, Caster Sugar, Gluten Free Flour, Vanilla Extract, Dairy Free, Butter Cream
