Here are our 5 most practical and recommended dog features if you’re building! 

1. Pull out dog food storage. Ours is in the laundry room which works perfectly for us! 

2. Low windows and doors. It’s their home too! They should be able to see outside and watch the neighbor dogs go by! (Pro tip: this will also save your furniture!) 

3. Built in pocket gates. I don’t know about you, but I HATE traditional baby gates and didn’t want them anywhere near my new home. We had these designed and made custom. They slide into the wall when not in use, and match our aesthetic when out!
