A mini sequence I use to warm up for lotus pose. IMO Padmasana is an advanced asana - it's not an hip opener, it's a posture you need to open your hips for. This sequence will also help you if full lotus is still not in your practice. Just gotta be gentle, patient and #practicedaily 1. Butterfly Pulses Flap those knees up and down as fast as you can. Maybe do a 100 pulses or do it for a couple minutes. 2. Butterfly Pose with Forward Fold Spine straight, no rounding, lead forward with your chest. I had a labral tear, muscles were locking down and I couldn’t get rid of the pinch. I am SO greatful for THIS. The @kinstretch 90 90 hip ER PAILs x RAILs ❤️.
