I am really feeling inspired by all things blue lately! I have a few more coming up but this one was fun. I prebuilt the base of this wall in two 4’x8’ sections. Then when I to the venue I simply attached to my uprights, tied together at the center and added the details! Balloon Wall - Bubble Balloons

Assemble 5-6 garlands to desired length making sure to follow same formula so they are almost exactly same length. 2. Attach them to a sturdy pipe & drape stand by using 260Q balloons. 3. Close gaps using 260Q balloons by tying them closer together. 4. Accent your wall to your liking; with 5in, 18in & 24in or signage. 5.
