I love house plans. I lean towards the country cottage/farmhouse/craftsman style. Open living areas, 3-4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The dining or study will be turned into a learning/school room. A mudroom connected to the Master bedroom is a plus. A large pantry and room for storage.
