A great 14K gold amethyst diamond inlay ring of impressive design C.1860. Deep purple faceted amethyst inlayed with gold forming a branch with flowers accented with rose cut diamonds. The amethyst is 14 mm X 11 mm. The ring face is 17 mm X 15 mm. The size of the ring is 5 3/4. The are no hallmarks, tested 14K gold. Total weight is 5.3 grams. Very good antique condition commensurate with age. Amethyst has some minor scratches.
