1.4K views · 1.2K reactions | 💥NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BITES. The recipe with the most 5 Star reviews on my blog. These are SO GOOD and take all of 15 minutes to prepare! RECIPE 👇 -1 cup almond flour -1/2 cup peanut butter -¼ cup maple syrup -Pinch of salt -2 tbsp coconut oil -½  cup dark chocolate -Optional toppings: Hemp hearts or flaky salt -Line a mini muffin tin (makes 24) with parchment paper cups and set aside. -In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until combined, the batter consistency should be similar to cookie dough. -Press the dough into the lined muffin cups. -To make the chocolate sauce: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. Remove when chocolate is mostly melted, it’s ok if a few chocolate chips remain. Continue to stir and the residual heat will finish melting them, while ensuring the chocolate doesn’t burn. -Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and almond flour mixture, dividing evenly. Tap the muffin tray down on the counter to help the chocolate spread evenly. Top with hemp hearts or flaky salt, if desired. -Place in the fridge or freezer to set for 30 to 60 minutes before eating (my favorite way to eat them is right out of the freezer!). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months. 👇 FOR THE RECIPE: Comment “BITES” for the full printable version with swaps, subs and nutrition tidbits! ✨ Would you try these?! #mealprepideas #mealprepsnacks #proteinsnacks | Lindsay Pleskot | Dietitian & Intuitive Eating Counsellor

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. 2. Add the chocolate chips to a medium microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, giving a stir in between each until melted and smooth. 3. Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate on the parchment sheet in an even layer. 4. Layer the pretzels on top of the chocolate in an even layer - it’s okay if some pretzels overlap! 5. Add the caramels and heavy cream to another microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes until melted and smooth. 6. Drizzle the caramel over the pretzel layer. Then drizzle on the rest of the melted chocolate. 7. Give a good sprinkle of the flaky sea salt. 8. Place in the fridge to set (this will take a few hours or you can leave overnight). 9. Cut the bark into squares and enjoy! #easyrecipes #simpleingredients #easydesserts #5ingredients #nobakedessert #pretzelrecipes #chocolatepretzel #sweet toothfix | Kathleen ~ Easy, Everyday Recipes

5.3M views · 114K reactions | I was always a white Christmas light kind of girl growing up, but when I married Roger his parents gifted us a bunch of ornaments and lights, many of which had hung on both his parent's and his grandparent's Christmas trees over the last ~60 years. These included a Christmas ornament that his grandparents had on their first Christmas tree the year they were married in the early 50s and a Christmas tree topper that his parents used on their Christmas tree their first year of marriage. The box of special Christmas treasures also included colorful Christmas tree lights. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted them on our tree, white lights had always been my plan. But when we plugged them in back at home, they were the most gorgeous colorful lights I had ever seen. Years of use had caused the colorful bulbs to fade and be scratched off in a few areas, making the lights glow with a vintage look that matched our heirloom ornaments. I instantly fell in love with them. And while I used more traditional colors for these Strawberry Christmas Lights, I can't wait to hang our vintage-looking lights on our real Christmas tree very soon. ps. If you can't find strawberries where you live you can try it with grapes (I haven't tried it with grapes, but if you do it I'd love to hear your results.)
