This research also contains alternative perspectives of investigations for harmful tax competition in Europe, such as WTO law, Free Movements, and Harmonisation.

This mechanism enables controlling shareholders to maintain their grip on the firm while attracting large amount of external capital. This paper analyzes the effect of dual-class structure on the market for corporate control, the impact on firm's value and performance, and the corporate governance in such companies.
