I am deeply concerned by the sexual assault accusations against Neil Gaiman, originally reported by Tortoise Media. The shocking claims have drawn very little attention and lack a proper investigation – a fact that compromises the integrity of the information and the security of the supposed victim.

It is disheartening that such serious allegations remain single-sourced, under-investigated, and largely ignored. Bigger media houses should proactively progress their investigations and give proper attention to the matter. This is critical, not only for the victims but also to assert the correct stance towards sexual harassment cases, demonstrating that no individual stands above justice.

Thus, I request a proper investigation into Gaiman's sexual assault accusation. The media and press must report the case to the relevant police department and push for legal action if the claims hold merit.

Consequently, pending thorough investigation, it should be deemed appropriate for companies such as Netflix and Amazon to exclude Neil Gaiman from his executive producer and showrunner position on existing projects. Similarly, other production companies and booksellers should consider halting further collaboration with Gaiman until a reliable conclusion is reached regarding the accusations. Otherwise, the young woman working for the production as well as the new fans of the show is in great danger to become the victim if Neil Gaiman can continue his power as the showrunner and producer. Both Good Omens and Sandman have a wide fan base of women fans and spread the basic idea of product human rights and equality. A showrunner who highly abuses his power and implements sexual harassment is not acceptable and violates the core values of the show. He should be fired from the production unless strong evidence can proof his innocence.
