Circus Idea for FL Summer Family Theme Party

Every year Andrew and I host a theme party one of the nights which we are on our family reunion in FL. We've done pirates, cowboys, a disco party, etc. But I need to get a good theme planned for this year, as we provide costumes to everyone and we start gathering stuff for them in the winter. Since Sarasota is the home of Ringling Brothers Circus Fame, I am thinking that maybe this year we go circus (plus...Lex would love it!)?

This looks fun...I always wondered how people got this to work ;-) (Thanks Mandy!!!). 1/4" Mt Dew in bottle, add tiny bit of baking soda and 3 capfuls of hydrogen peroxide. Shake and it glows. Pour on sidewalk to "paint"...Who knew!? (The kids will have a blast!!)"
