Alright, I have a fourth of a cup of balsamic vinegar and I have a third of a cup of olive oil. I have some fig jam. I'm going to use that but you could use a raspberry jam if you like or strawberry jam, a little bit of salt, and a little bit of pepper. Perfect. Their dressing is done. Alright, we're going to make some candied walnuts and I'm going to add a third of a cup of maple syrup. So, this is going to be super simple. Just a teaspoon of cinnamon and just a little heat, just a pinch of red pepper flakes and just a tiny bit of salt. That's it. Stir that together. This is going to be great for the holidays, Christmas, Thanksgiving. If you're just having friends over, a great salad. I have my chic pan with parchment paper. I'm just going to drizzle these walnuts right on top. Alright guys. That looks good. So I am going to bake these at 3 75 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes till they're nice and toasted. Alright. We're going to cut our iceberg lettuce into our wedges for our winter wedge salad. So I'm just going to cut each of these in half. Oh yeah those look great. Add those to my bowl. I got one more to do. So, I'm cutting mine into fours and you definitely can use a different type of lettuce if you want to. Romaine works for a wedge salad too. You definitely could do that but I think this is so pretty and a neat way to serve your salad. Alright, I'm just going to put these last few in. How pretty is this? Perfect. Alright. We're going to drizzle with that nice dressing that we made. Oh how pretty is this? Making sure I got it covered. That looks so good. Alright guys. We have those candied walnuts. And I'm just going to add those onto our wedge salad. Making sure I get some on each. I think that looks great. Next up I have some pomegranate seeds because this is a winter wedge salad so you gotta have that. Add those on. This is looking so pretty. I love that. Okay. I love goat cheese. So we're going to do some crumbled goat cheese on this. Definitely feel free to do blue cheese or feta. If you're not a goat cheese fan but it is one of my absolute favorite cheeses. So I got the crumbled because I think that just looks nicer. That looks great. Alright just one more ingredient. We've got our dried cranberries. Oh yeah. That looks great. Perfect. Alright. Look at this guys. Winter wedge salad. Yum.
