From the moment the charcuterie fad started, I have been one who gets lost scrolling through photo after photo of graze boards. They're ALL gorgeous, and they're all so, so different. I've always loved food, and i've always loved art. I have an English degree because I look at writing as an art with words. I play music because I love to create. I look at charcuterie in the same way. It is art with food, and graze tables..they're like charcuterie boards on steroids.
