They asked for a chocolate lava cake, so here is my easy 5 minute lava cake version 😋 For one serving (one mug), you’ll need: 👉 40ml (2tbsp) milk 👉 50g sugar 👉 16g (2tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder 👉 35g self rising flour 👉 4-6 squares (~25) chocolate; I recommend dark chocolate 1. Add all ingredients except the chocolate squares to your mug and whisk into a dough 2. Push the chocolate in the middle; I recommend 4 large squares minimum, or 6 if you want it even meltier 3.
