In each new season, there’s a spiritual potency for healing through shadow work that cannot be ignored. Shadow work, or the process of inner alchemy, can help us learn to accept the parts of ourselves we’d rather not face. It also aims to help us integrate the darker aspects of our existence and being with those we cherish most.
