525K views · 2.9K reactions | Ultimate Super Bowl Snack | Ultimate Super Bowl Snack I make game day hash browns that everyone will love. | By Justine Kameron | Alright, now that our hash browns are completely cooked, I'm bringing in my French onion dip and I have here a cookie scoop and we're going to scoop our French onion dip right on top of our crispy hash browns. Now, I'm going to put this French onion dip on my first row and my third row of hash browns. Mm mm mm. This is going to be delicious. Last one. Perfect. For our remaining hash browns, I'm going to grab my Rayo's pizza sauce and we are going to add a nice little layer of pizza sauce on those empty hash browns. Yummy. Alright, let's get this done super quick so we can get to eating. Alright, so we flattened all those out on our hash browns. I'm next going to come in with my sharp cheddar cheese and we're going to add sharp cheddar cheese to our French onion dip hash browns. Just like a nice little pinch of that cheese right on top of that dip. Oh my goodness. This is going to be so delicious. It's great for an after-school snack. It's great for a quick little weekend lunch and it's perfect for game day. So, let's go ahead and get our cheddar cheese on Alright, now I'm coming in with my mozzarella cheese and you guys know it. That's going to go on our pizza sauce. Yummy. We're going to quickly get all of these covered in the cheeses so that we can get to the next ingredient. Alright, with that cheddar cheese, we're going to add some bacon bits. We're just going to do a nice little sprinkle of bacon and be kind of quick and messy with it because it is going to be melted and get all of that cheese and bacon well combined. Perfect. For our pizza sauce, of course, mini pepperonis and we're just going to do a nice little spread of our pepperonis on here. And then this is going to be ready. Oops I got the little freshness packet. Ready to go back into the oven. So let's go ahead and get these on super quick. Alright. Now we're going to put this in the broiler until that cheese is nice and brown. Alright. Look I know they look a little crazy but don't worry we're going to make them look even better. I have some cut up fresh chives that we're going to sprinkle on these French onion hash browns. And then of course something extra good to go on those pizza hash browns. Oh look at that pop of color how it really just ties everything together. I may have added a little too much of that French onion dip. So if you guys recreate these do about half as much as I did. Just a smaller scoop. Yeah. It's pizza one. We're going to do our Parmesan cheese. What is pizza without Parmesan cheese? And just like a nice little sprinkle on each one. Obviously the garnishes are optional but I personally think it really completes our little snack. Beautiful. Alright. It is time to dig in. I want one of each flavor. Alright. That looks so good. You guys have to let me know in the comments which one would you try. I'm going to go for I think the French onion one first. I'm so excited. Be careful. It's hot. Oh my goodness. Wow. It's crunchy, tangy, cheesy. You guys have to try this.

17M views · 1.7M reactions | 🥒HIGH PROTEIN CHICKEN SALAD CUCUMBER ROLLS. . If you are tight on time but still want to eat a ridiculously good high protein meal, checkout this chicken salad. I ate it as cucumber rolls and these were amazing. . Here is how to make it: 1. Start with 1lb of cooked, shredded chicken (I just shredded 4 cooked chicken breasts, but rotisserie works too). Shred with two forks or thinly dice it up. 2. Finely dice 1/2 a red onion and soak it in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes to mellow the flavor, then drain and add to a bowl. 3. Chop a handful of fresh cilantro, cube 1 avocado, and toss both into the bowl. 4. For the dressing, blend together: 5 tbsp cottage cheese, 3 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp onion powder, juice of 3 limes, a handful of cilantro, a generous couple pinches salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning. 5. You can eat this on its own, in bread, a lettuce wrap—or roll it up in cucumbers like I did. Here is how to roll it up: 6. Thinly slice a large English cucumber using a peeler. 7. Lay the slices on parchment paper, slightly overlapping by about 1/3. 8. Pat the cucumber dry with a paper towel. 9. Spread 2 tbsp of whipped cream cheese over the cucumbers. 10. Add 4oz of the chicken mix at the bottom, leaving space on all sides. Top with some onion and avocado slices. 11. Roll it up tight—start from the bottom, fold over the toppings, and continue to roll carefully, pressing down to pack it nice and tight. 12. Slice the roll with a sharp knife, then top with everything bagel seasoning and chipotle hot sauce.
