This succulent Baked Tofu recipe is my favorite way to make tofu! It's super easy with tons of flavor (your choice of seasoning), a creamy center and a delicious crispy crust. Perfect high protein main dish.
PINEAPPLE SAUCE TOFU (SWEET & SOUR)
30min · 4 servings Ingredients: • Sauce: • * 3/4 cup vegetable broth • * 2 Tsp ginger • * 2 Tsp garlic • * 1/4 cup pineapple juice or lemon juice • * 1 cup pineapple, diced • * 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium • * 1/4 cup sriracha • * 2-4 Tbsp maple syrup* • * 3 Tbsp corn starch * 1/4 cup cold water Tofu: • * 1 block of extra firm tofu • * 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or Tamari (low sodium) • * ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast • * 1 tsp Garlic powder • * 2 tbsp Corn Starch (optional) INSTRUCTIONS Freeze and defrost tofu for best results (optional). • Preheat oven to 425 F (air fryer option below). EASY SWEET GINGER TOFU
