Ziti Pasta▪️4 Tbsp Butter▪️1 Medium Leek, cut in half and sliced thin▪️2 Cloves Garlic, minced▪️4 Cups Broccoli, finely chopped▪️1/4 Cup Flour▪️4 Cups 2% Milk▪️1+1/2 tsp Kosher Salt▪️1/2 tsp Pepper▪️1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg▪️1 Dash Cayenne Pepper▪️1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese▪️ On Top:▪️1+1/2 Cups Grated Mozzarella▪️1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese▪️ 1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375F and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta 2️⃣ Pound the chicken breasts until they are ~1/2” thick; season with salt and pepper on both sides
Amy Draper Darley on Instagram: "🥘 Crockpot Italian Chicken Pasta Recipe: Add 1 jar of pasta sauce, 1 jar of Alfredo sauce, & 3 chicken breasts to your crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & red pepper flakes. Mix it all together then cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours. One cooked, shred your chicken. Dump in a box of pasta (I use penne but feel free to use whatever pasta you like). You can also add a little water here if you need more liquid. Make sure pasta is completely covered and cook on low for another 30-45 mins until pasta is cooked. Add mozzarella on top, cover and let the cheese melt.
