385K views · 30K reactions | Have you tried my COWBOY BUTTER SHRIMP?? . This is a 20-ish minute meal that will make you go wow. It is unbelievably easy and it is SO good. And while it pairs really well with shrimp, the sauce is great with steak, chicken, or any kind of white fish. The recipe below makes multiple servings, . Here is how to make it: . 1.First, grab 1lb wild, peeled, & deveined shrimp. Carefully butterfly down the middle. Add to a bowl. Season with 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil, a couple pinches salt, fresh cracked pepper, 1 tsp paprika & 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Mix well. . 2.Get a pan on medium-high heat. Drizzle 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil, then cook shrimp for about 90 seconds on the first side & about 60-90 seconds on the other. You don’t want to overcook shrimp - it becomes rubbery! . 3.For the sauce, grab a sauce pan & bring to medium heat. Drizzle with 1 tsp avocado or olive oil, add in 4-5 finely minced garlic cloves, a small pinch salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp chili flakes (I used Aleppo pepper), 1/2 tsp oregano, & 1/2 tsp paprika. Mix well. . 4.Turn to low heat, add in 2TBSP butter with 1TBSP dijon mustard and mix until butter melts (be patient, its worth it!). Continuously and gently stir. . 5.Add in 2 more TBSP butter and melt, and another 2 more TBSP of butter after that and melt on low heat. Continuously stir. . 6.Finally, add 1/3 cup of super finely chopped parsley, the zest and juice of 1 large lemon, and stir. Give it a taste, and adjust as needed. . 7.Plate up the shrimp, top it with however much or little of the sauce as you’d like depending on your goals, & top with fresh parsley. . You can have the shrimp as is, with rice, quinoa, or if you’re lowcarb, my lowcarb @kaizenfoodco rice! It can also be used as a filling for quesedillas, burritos, or whatever way you like your shrimp. . ENJOY! . . . . . #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #keto #ketorecipes #ketomeals #goodmoodfood #healthyfoodshare #healthyrecipes #whatsonmyplate #mediterraneanfood | Arash Hashemi | shredhappens · Original audio

581K views · 5.3K reactions | Seafood boil | Seafood boil | By Cook With Becky | We are saying goodbye to red lobster and who can reel today because today we are going to be learning how to make our own seafood boil. Hi everyone and welcome back. I started off by adding my potatoes into my pot like that. Please feel free to use any color or size. At some point I added my eggs so that they can all cook together and that is what I have. Into my pot I added water, minced garlic, onion, bouillon powder, oatbe rub. And I love some kitchen. Added some cajun seasoning like that. Some black pepper, cayenne pepper, and a cooking spoon of butter. I gave this a stir and I'll be covering this to cook. While that is cooking, I went ahead to add some butter into another pan. Now I'll be leaving this to melt. Just like so. That melted, added some minced garlic again. This is the sauce we are going to be using, okay? Yeah. Added onion, please add onion as much as you want it. I'll be leaving list of ingredients in the caption box below, okay? Shout out to Rabi Abubaka watching from Abuja. I'm so glad you love my recipes. Thank you so much. Please let me know where you're watching from so that I can give you a shout out in my next video. Yeah, I'm just going ahead now to add some water in order to help loosen this up. Normally I'm supposed add butter but I do not like a lot of butter in my seafood boil. If you love butter, just go ahead to add as much butter as you want. I covered that to go for about five minutes and five minutes later, it was well done and I'll be setting this aside. Now I went ahead to cut my corn and this is what I have. I wash that and into our boiling or cooking sauce. I added it just like so. And cover to continue cooking. This is a live lobster we are going to be using. I'll be prepping this and wash this later. Now we'll go ahead to wash our king crab just like so, I just love to scrape all of the dirt, all of those dirt out because it's seafood and if it's not well cleaned, trust me you're going to be in the toilet all day long. And we don't want that okay yeah. So make sure you just clean it so well. I run water over it multiple times until it was clean. I'll be using two pound of shrimp like that, head was off. Added salt and I washed it thoroughly. I run water over it multiple times as well until everything is clean. And this is what we have. Now we go ahead to wash our lobster. I cut it. Added salt and ground water over it just like that. This is my favorite part. That's the tail. I love it so much. I washed and washed until it was clean. Now we're back to check on our corn, it is coming well together. I gave it a stir like that. Now I went in with with the crab like that, added the lobster. This pot is looking so small, we might have to change this. I just love to add this first, let it boil for some time before adding the shrimp at the end. You see, the pot is quite small, so I just changed it into this one. And I left that to boil for about 10 minutes 10 minutes later it was ready and I just spread it out into my pan like that go ahead to bring that out into whatever container you have just like that the potato was there the shrimp and the eggs now we go ahead to add the sauce we made earlier just like so and our seafood boil is ready you know how much like how many hundred of dollars we're we're saving now make sure you make yours I hope you enjoy watching this. Thank you so much for watching. And I'll see you guys right in my next one. Bye.
