Luke 2:6-7 Amplified Bible (AMP) 6 While they were there [in Bethlehem], the time came for her to give birth, 7 and she gave birth to her Son, her firstborn; & she wrapped Him in [a]swaddling] cloths & laid Him in a manger, because there was no [private] room for them in the inn.
Luke 2:4-5 Amplified Bible (AMP) 4 So Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the city of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house & family of David, 5 in order to register w/Mary, who was with Child.

Luke 1:38 The Message (MSG) 36-38 “And did you know that your cousin Elizabeth conceived a son, old as she is? Everyone called her barren, and here she is (6) months pregnant! God has a surprise for you: You will become pregnant & give birth to a son & call his name Jesus. He will be great, be called ‘Son of the Highest.’ The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David; He will rule Jacob’s house forever - no end, ever, to his kingdom.”

His name was Joseph, & the virgin’s name, Mary. Upon entering, Gabriel greeted her: Good morning! You’re beautiful with God’s beauty, Beautiful inside & out! God be with you.
