We have been working with our client bed manufacturers @stuartjonesfurniture to help them share their knowledge with their customers. In these sometimes turbulent times, your bedroom can offer a place to seek quiet and calm. Away from the stresses of daily life, you can escape to your bedroom and surround yourself in peaceful isolation.

One of my favourite pages in @scoastjournal and the digital magazine #SouthCoastNotes is the page showing images taken by their wonderful followers. Followers are invited to use the hashtag #mysouthcoastmoment and share their experiences living on the South Coast. It is a joy to see how many people engage with the hashtag and are featured in the print and digital publications.

Method Communications (@methodcomms) • Instagram photos and videos Today the Method Comms team were thrilled to support the launch of @scoastjournal issue 2 at @drapersyardmarket . It may have been pouring with rain but it was a lovely warm atmosphere with the added bonus of free cinnamon buns from @hampshirerealbread and delicious coffee from @harriescoffee
We were blown away this the exploration of Bio Materiality and eco-sustainability. Challenging the view that agricultural waste is an inevitable part of the food chain, instead this waste is turned into a byproduct. Using science, technology and design biomaterial are created from this otherwise agricultural waste and/or natural products such as potatoes, corn husks, palm leaves, hemp, tobacco and pumice.
Flat shoes and strong coffee are needed for London Design Festival, not to mention a good sense of direction and a plan of action! Alys thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of bringing together all of the installations, events and new product launches to form the @designinsiderlive LDF Trend Report.
As part of the blog series we created for @wintersmoonuk we asked @91magazine founder Caroline Rowland what small thing has made the biggest difference? . 'I'm not sure if it's much of a small thing anymore, but social media definitely makes a big difference. Instagram has been invaluable for spreading the word about the magazine. Not only via our own feed but lots of our lovely readers share their pics of it and that obviously has a ripple effect.'
One of the best ways to start a conversation with your followers is by discussing topics which they find fascinating in a blog series. We worked with Julia @wintersmoonuk on a 6 month blog series. Julia wanted to work with brands she felt a kin-ship with whilst also finding a wider audience for her business. This morning was a little different for one of our team members here at Method Communications! We always enjoy sharing the workshops by our client @themoderncalligraphyco so it was a real pleasure to send Rachel along to take part so she could experience one for herself. She really enjoyed it and we think she did quite well!
