Chair Leg Extensions: Sit on the edge of the chair or bed with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold onto the sides of the chair or bed for support. Lift one leg straight out in front of you while keeping the other foot on the floor. Lower your leg back down and repeat on the same side before switching to the other leg. Cool Down: Finish your chair-supported abs workout with some gentle stretching to relax your muscles and prevent stiffness.
