Ingredients: - 1 lb steak tips - 4 tbsp butter - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 lb rigatoni - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. 2. Add the steak tips, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak tips are browned to your liking. 3. In a separate pot, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 5. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet with the steak tips. Stir in the remaining butter, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. 6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
