Sophie Marie on Instagram: "The reason my curls last so long Is… the “curly sleep bun” ✅ There is no official name for this really it’s just the way I pin my hair up at night to preserve the curls 🌛 I find this to be the most effective method for me and it’s worked on all of my different hair lengths. I’ve found this to also be the most effective way to preserve volume and curl at the root and avoid stretching in that area. It’s very easy to take out, and occasionally I’ll just add any serum I have if I see frizz. ➰The pins don’t hurt at all as they’re not clipped into the scalp they’re attached to the hair scrunchie. I pin them at the front so it’s easy to sleep on my side and back. I’m not comfortable sleeping with anything on my head at night which is why i personally don’t use a b
